My Story Ending Entry

Filed under: Uncategorized — emmatheweevil @ 10:48 am

I wrote a story for Bandit and Henza’s competition. Rate it please and tell me if you like it! (Please be honest)

Once upon a time, the bin was happy, children would play and people would sleep in peace. The bin was wealthy and everyone had enough to eat because of the King. The King of the Bin would make sure everything was right. Every week a new King was crowned, but the rules would still stay the same because of the Scroll. It contained the whole history of the bin and all the rules, until one day… the scroll was taken. Fires started, wars began and the bin was a wreck. Without the rules, the bin could not live in peace…
Only one weevil had the power to save the bin… and that weevil, had no idea what he was destined to do – what he HAD to do.
“Flipect!” shouted Rayleigh, impatiently, “Come on, it’s starting without us!” Flipect Master looked at the clock on the wall. Rayleigh was right. Bandit’s party started at eight, and it was already 8.05.
“I’m coming!” he yelled. He pulled the chord on the shower to make it stop spewing green slime, and leapt out of the bath. He dried himself with the towel hung on the rack and ran for the door. Rayleigh and Flipect Master didn’t know what had been happening across the bin, for they had just returned from their visit to a South Korean bin. This is what happened when they arrived at Bandit’s nest.
Bandit and HenzaRules were whispering hurriedly in a corner when they arrived, and they flinched as their door opened and Flipect and Rayleigh walked in.
“Oh, it’s just you.” Said Henza, relieved, “You still came?”
“Of course,” said Flipect, unnerved, “Why wouldn’t we?”
Bandit looked shocked. “Everyone is avoiding us,” he said, “You didn’t know? Well, was King when it, happened, and Henza was a close second. So, obviously –”
Rayleigh cut him off. “When, what happened?” he asked, curiously. Bandit raised an eyebrow and explained about the Scroll.
“So,” he continued, “Every weevil in the bin blames us.”
“The only was to stop the wars,” said Henza, “is for the One to save us.”
“The One?” Flipect was confused.
HenzaRules nodded. “A chosen weevil, who will get back the Scroll from Gam, who thinks it is rightfully his.”
“How do you know if you are the One?” asked Rayleigh after a long pause.
“There’s a test over here,” said Bandit, “Just step onto that panel.” Rayleigh ran onto it. “Now what?” asked Rayleigh when he was stood on it.
“Hey, give Flipect a go!” said Henza, irritably. Nervously, Flipect Master stepped onto the panel. Suddenly, it began to glow, and rise off the floor.
“Woah!” shouted Flipect, who was as high as the ceiling now, “Where’s it taking me?” “To where you’re meant to be!” yelled Bandit, “You’re the one, Flip! It’s you!”
When the panel eventually came down, Flipect found himself outside Castle Gam – but it looked nothing like he remembered it.
Old weevils were stealing from young weevils and vice versa, fires were raging, there were fights everywhere, and one courageous weevil was attempting to steal the golden crown! The panel didn’t stop moving… it took Flipect deep into Castle Gam, up some stairs, and then he saw it.
The Scroll.
And Gam holding it, as if it were his first born.
“Gam!” he barked, “Give that to me now, or face… the, the consequences!”
Gam let out a harsh, cruel laugh as he saw Flipect. His old face wrinkled up as he cackled.
“So,” he said, maliciously, “You are the One? A mere child? I would be more challenged against Tink than you!” Flipect’s face burned, but he stood his ground and picked up the stone panel.
“Let’s see how you fare against this, old man!” he smiled, and spun the panel towards Gam, whose grin didn’t quite leave his face, as he was struck directly in the chest.
He fell backwards onto the dark floor, and Flipect ran forward and took the Scroll from his hand.
Bandit’s face when Flipect returned! You could have framed it and put it on your wall! Henza was so shocked, that he blinked a few times, and said “Flipect – you’re a hero!”
Within two days, the bin was almost back to normal, now that Bandit and HenzaRules were back in possession of the Scroll. The news spread quickly across the bin, wars ended, fire extinguished, and Gam was put behind bars. Enemies became friends once more, children could play freely in the streets with no worries, and Flipect Master was crowned the new King of the Bin… he, was a hero.

I wrote the date like that, because it’s so cool that it is written like that! All my teachers pointed it out.

Sorry, I’m not really going on Binweevils today, because I have to practise my audition for the school’s musical production. I don’t have time to do both.

Carry on reading my blog, because coming soon, I’m setting up a new feature on the site – birthday celebrations …

My First Post

Filed under: Uncategorized — emmatheweevil @ 3:22 pm

Hello people of the web, and welcome to my new blog, where you can learn all about me and my world.

You might know me from TinnedPinapple, and I’d write on that site, but by the time I worked out how, Tinned had already found a new author to fill the position – that reminds, I need to have a word with him . . .

Anyway, I’ll be blogging daily now, telling you where I’m going to be on binweevils, what I’m doing, all that, so you can get to know me better.

BUT WAIT – THERE’S MORE!

Today, I’m gonna be hanging out at Ink’s Orange Peel on Grime – if you wanna meet up with me, just come on over, and say ‘CHOCOLATE BATH’ – that will tell me where you’re from, and that you want to visit my nest with me.

Here’s a video of me, so you know what I look like.
